This was my second visit to this hotel and unfortunately this time around it wasn’t as good. The bar staff were slow, the security staff were rude and the breakfast was way over priced for the food selection on offer. Having mentioned this to the reception they didn’t seem to concerned and put it down to the hotel being busy however standards shouldn’t slip just because it’s running at full capacity!

Very expensive taking into account the quality of the room. However, the location, views, pool and facilities were great. The chiepest room was very unconfortable.

Tout simplement un hôtel à fuir ! Un hôtel où une boîte de nuit plutôt ?? Une nuit horrible, nous avons été réveillé par un groupe de personnes qui faisaient la fête dans le couloir de notre chambre. Il aurait été préférable de prévenir les clients comme nous, qui venions chercher du calme et du repos, que l’hôtel avait été privatisé par une entreprise de 350 personnes ! Bref aucun dédommagement n’a été trouvé le lendemain et nous avons annuler le restaurant du midi ainsi que le SPA de l’après midi! Mon prochain séjour à Chamonix ne se fera plus dans ce médiocre hôtel.
