Wonderful breakfasts, spacious and clean rooms, and an accessible part of Lisbon. What really did make our stay so pleasant, beyond the above, was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure our experience was top notch. For parents with young children (we were traveling with an infant) this is one of those rare businesses which treat your child as a blessing, not a burden. Thank you again to the entire staff, you're awesome!

Everything and everyone at Tesouro da Baixa was outstanding. From the first greeting from John and Marcus to our final checkout was friendly and gracious. We stayed twice during a month long visit to Portugal. Both rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The location was walkable and public transportation very handy. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

Perfect location, just a 2 minute walk to Rossio. Although on a busy area, the rooms are very quiet. Service was impeccable from check-in to check-out, all staff were professional, attentive and very courteous. And the room was pristine, and very spacious. Our suit had an extra room, set up to be like a little lounge area with a TV - I made it my walk in closet.

The hotel has wonderful staff. John greeted us warmly and took us up to our beautiful room on the fifth floor. The room has really nice seating and a quiet bedroom. Breakfast the following morning was excellent and plentiful.

Clean and spacious rooms but seemed to be short and a lot of amenities (eg toothpaste, toothbrush etc.). Also there was a water leak in my room from the ceiling in the middle of the night during a storm. The breakfast was the highlight complimented with very kind and friendly staff.

My wife enjoyed our 3 night stay here, accommodation is good and staff very friendly/efficient but Hotel lacked facilities we normally like, so doubt we would stay here again. A nice touch though was the gift of a bottle bubbly from the Hotel as it was my wife's 60th Birthday - a big plus for that.
