Everything was very satisfactory until the next morning when I woke up with i richness and bites caused by something in the bed I reported this to the front desk staff, who never checked the vadility of my complaints and said there was nothing they can do. I was checking out that morning and offered to show them the bites but they said they will appreciate it if I send them pictures of it. I was uncomfortable from the itching and utterly disgusted at their lack of concern and offered me free breakfast instead. I wrote a complaint to you with the assurance that they will get back to me in a few days, but heard nothing so far from anyone ! My complaint was not handled properly, especially as it caused me suffering and their lack of concern will cause others to suffer also. Very disappointed!

The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing! We ended up having dinner here one night as well and was pleasantly surprised by the options and quality! The room was very spacious however the bathroom needed some upgrades! The hotel was always clean and the room was amazing!

They went above and beyond in our stay we were welcomed with fizz and port with a beautiful note and cake to wish us happy wedding anniversary. The cleaner daily was in the room cleaning top to bottom and the breakfast and waiting staff couldn’t do enough for us. Great location close to metro and not far in a taxi to the airport. Would recommend to anyone.

The room was clean, but this hotel has seen better days. Beyond being outdated the furniture in these rooms had seen better days. Threadbare chairs and couch. A spring mattress that felt like it had been around for quite some time. Sheets, blankets, towels could use a refresh. Technology for entertainment can be improved - only live TV with no option to connect your device/stream. It was fine for one night before flying out, but I wouldn't make this a location for my primary stay. Location is good for airport, but not very central to tourist destinations.

The Holiday Inn Lisbon IHG was a good stay. It was close to a lot of easy walking to convience stores and dining. The rooftop pool provided a great view of the city. The bar served cold drinks, beer and ice cream. We didn't try any of the rooftop food options. I don't recall seeing it advertised, but the hotel restaurant did provide a daily buffet option (€24 during our time of stay) in addition to the à la carte menu. The buffet was different every night and served a variety of Portuguese dishes. The check-in staff and the restaurant staff were very polite and helpful.

Mini bar when i come in not in a full list and also some wine is open and half full. When we go to counter voice out the problem, the staff just remark down the situation without any change for us the mini bar, he may think we have no money to purchase the mini bar so that just ignore it. When i come to the counter around 6pm , the staff tell me the guy will come very soon and help me to change it but i wait over 15 minutes still no guy coming so that he easte me at least 15 minutes and at last you know the story as mention as above. Welcome drink water only first night but the next two night no new water served ys, may be water is very expensive nowaday ..
