The property was in good condition and near the beach. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed. When we entered the TV was lying on the floor with all the wires hanging out which was unsafe. The staff were helpful trying to fix but in vain. Kids were not happy as a result.

The location was really close to the airport, beach and local restaurants. Bike trip to Palma is taking 30+ minutes on a scenic route.

Room not available till 3pm which is poor considering we arrived at 10am they could have made our room a priority clean at 12pm but did not even though we checked in at 10am Room was ok poor lock on balcony door, shower mouldy and sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever. Pool area nice and clean but bar staff ignorant Sat at a table for lunch had to get our own menus then left for 20 mins no drink order taken so we left.If this had been my main holiday rather than a 3 day break I would have been gutted

The hotel and staff are lovely

Pros: All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is great and local bus stops so easy to get to and use.
Cons: Tea and coffee facilities would make the rooms and the stay perfect.
Location: Local buses so easy to use and only1.50 euro per trip, get the number 21 bus from the airport which is only 5 euros where as a taxi is 16 euros.
The hotel and staff are lovely and the beach is so close its wonderful to sit in the hotel bar or on your y balcony and watch the sunset. The only fault is that there are not Tea/coffee facility in the room and no room service to bring you one, being English there is nothing better than a cup of tea (or 3) in bed in the morning.

Good hotel close to airport.

Friendly staff, lovely welcome, room clean. Great breakfast. On the beach with cafe and restaurants nearby. Rooms are however quite basic and probably in need of a makeover. Food smells from kitchen or nearby Restaurants permeate the whole building. Can't fault staff, place run like a well oiled machine.

Great location by the seaside. We had superior room with sea and pool view. We chose half board dining option, breakfast was good and dinner had many options every evening (different options every night). We convenient with kids.
