Really enjoyable stay at Hotel Isla Mallorca

Really enjoyed our week at HIM Hotel & Spa. The breakfast was amazing. Room was in good shape and the balcony was nice. Front desk people were friendly and helpful; ditto Alberto and bar staff. Tried to keep our towels for the day, but they changed them daily anyway. Good weight room and pool area but water temperature in October was a little cool.

Algo que estropeó completamente mi estadía fue el ruido. En particular en la habitación 119, al lado hacia la calle hay una puerta de acceso de empleados que con frecuencia sueltan y golpea fuerte al cerrar. Esto en la habitación se escucha como una explosión, lo que todos los días entre 7.30 y 8.30 de la mañana me despertaba reiteradas veces. Otro punto a mejorar es el blackout, no es bueno y deja pasar bastante luz del sol. El hotel en sí no está mal, está bastante bien aunque por el precio uno esperaría mucho más

The hotel in general looks decent. The staff is kind but we had no water to shower or in the sink the morning of our check out which is totally unacceptable. Also the elevators were broken the whole time we were there. I was expecting a lot more from this 4 star hotel and what i paid for.

Really lovely hotel. Super friendly staff. Great food options and two lovely swimming pools. Spa and gym also excellent. 20 min walk into Palma and some lovely little local eateries too for breakfast and brunch. Highly recommend
