The location is excellent, just the width of the quiet road from the marina and beach. the pool was fine and there were always plenty of free loungers. The rooms/kitchen were well equipped with plenty of towels, microwave, toaster etc The guy on reception when we arrived was excellent. Overall great value for money.

Excellent

Good spacious apartments fully equipped and spotlessly clean ( even though they are a little tired) .Good views across the bay in the quietest area of Palma nova .

Pros: -
Cons: -
Location: Hotellin vieressä hyvä ravintola (Trattoria Modigliani).
Avara tilat, hyvä sijainti, ystävällinen vastaanotto ja palvelu. Hyvä sijainti aivan rannalla. Tasainen lämpimän veden saanti peseytymistä varten. Vastaanotto auki 24 tuntia.

One week trip Mallorca

Hotel is not a real hotel. These are appartments. Overall it's just okay...but sometimes it is annoying that the basics are missing... (kitchen accessories like towels, dreft, kitchen rolls...) all these are not available and pretty abdsurd to buy for a one week stay in my opinion. Bed sheets were not hygienic (mine was okay, but my roommate got a weird allergy and got bitten by I'm guessing ants?) Floor seemed also not so clean... bathroom was semi broken (talking about the bath tub inside and outside. Toilet seat placed next to the wall and bath tub... a heavier person would have had difficulties using the toilet... Also some positive things: fridge available, magnetron, toilet rolls, television, nice terrace with a nice view on the beach. Also the location was perfect as the beach was in front. Because I was there in off season the parking on the streets was free for our rental car. The hotel was charging 5 eur per day. Many shops and restaurants are on walking distance and also Magaluff. Only pity that because of the off season many shops were closed. Sometimes it seemed I was living in a Ghost town. Advice: rent a car, in 1 week you can see the whole of Mallorca's surroundings, and best place to chill and hang out or have a nice dinner in the evening is PALMA!! I would defenitely return to Mallorca, but I would not book Roc Portonova again. Main reason for me: Hygiene. Can't say anything about the pool, because it was too cold to swim :-) but it seemed neat and clean and it was pretty big! my overall rating: 4/10
