Excellent value for money. Better organisation required for the shows in the evening. The shows were great but the other hotel guests were quite inconsiderate by walking in front of you while watching. The hotel could have arranged for a specific walkway during showtime

We felt the hotel was too large, pool area was packed with children in the adult only pool, queue's at the bars, restaurant was like a school canteen and the noise level was very loud, food was average, plenty choice but nothing we had made us return for seconds and often repeated, dinner and lunch time. We managed to get gastroenteritis after only 2.5 days on a 4 day holiday, and my partner spent the night in hospital. We weren't the only ones to have taken ill, I heard others also had symptoms. Trying to be slightly positive although it would be easy to slate the place, the rooms was nice and the location good.

Pleasant

The only bad thing I can say about this hotel is the entertainment at night was boring, unprofessional and you can't hear a word they r saying or singing. Also my whole party of friends and family were bitten to bits, not sure if it's because of all the trees surrounding the hotel pool and seating at the bar.

A very relaxing family trip, with children in their twenties

We were on a very short family holiday. We were all exhausted and were hoping for a relaxing time in the sun. And that's exactly what we got! The rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet, with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool where we used to sit in the evenings to play games. The food is excellent: great variation (including for us, vegetarians!), truly delicious paellas and fish everyday and plenty of a wide range of tasty salads and fresh fruit. The pool is very nice and clean, with plenty of sun-loungers and very close to the bar... All the staff was very helpful and friendly. There are lots of fun activities for children and they all seemed to be having a fantastic time (a very family orientated hotel). Outside the hotel we found that there was not very much to do, but it did not affect us, as we wanted to spend as much as possible on the FABULOUS beach located only 2 minutes walk from the hotel, where for £4 you can hire a tropical parasol for the day. Wish we could be there now!!!

Very good hotel for the cost

Visited mid-Oct for a week as a family of 3, stayed in the Mirlos, pretty impressed with this hotel. Always something decent on offer in the restaurant, desserts particularly good. Animacion staff are excellent, Reception staff helpful & efficient too. 5 min walk to the beach / bars / restaurants. Only negative I can think of was Wi-Fi @ €8/day. Overall I'd recommend this hotel but seemingly gets a bit hectic during summer holidays.

Family getaway

Arrived on Friday at 1am to be greeted by the most unwelcoming and unhelpful mail receptionist very disappointed. Luckily this was a one off as all the rest of the staff were very nice. Food is good, drinks very strong not watered down. Entertainment team worked very hard deserve a medal, kids club okay u do have to pay extra for the kids party. Very clean hotel, rooms small though snacks have to be eaten in the restaurant would of been better to have an outside snack bar for the kids overall enjoyed our stay.

First class fantastic holiday!

Loved every minute I went alone with my two small children which I was nervous about but I should have not worried! Children's entertainment was fantastic. Kids pool perfect! So clean throughout the hotel and food was great! Sun bed situation a little annoying they need to make more space as getting a bed in the morning is a pain unless your up at the crack of dawn! But apart from that I enjoyed every moment

Fantastic holiday

We went as a family of 5 3yr old 4yr old and 10yr old. We had a great time, the rooms were basic but very clean and the hotel was great. Something for everyone the beach was a 5minute walk and there was always great evening entertainment. The kids club was there if you needed it for all ages. my kids spent most of their time in the kids splash pool and never got tired of it!!! Even the 10yr old. All inclusive was excellent the variety of food was excellent and there was always something for the young ones. Overall it is a fabulous hotel well worth visiting I would go again!!!
