Really impressed by the hotel, it was a very welcoming establishment with good staff and stunning outdoor space. The rooftop pool was chilly but a great asset, the room was clean, large and had a big bed and a very good rainfall shower. On our last day we left our bags, prebooked the shower room for 3pm and then had a great time on the beach. The airport bus goes from just over the road and is 5€ each. I'd stay here again!!

Excellent location for the area with a 10min walk to the cathedral and centre where restaurants and shops are abundant. The hotel is beautiful and we would return the staff especially Heidi were helpful. My slight issue was the breakfast as we do not eat pork it was limited to eggs nothing like a vegetarian sausage to add but apart from that we managed as everything else was perfect

Would recommend the Saratoga. Our balcony caught the morning sun. Was in walking distance of good restaurants, bars, shops, marina and Cathedral. Enjoyed having drinks in the sun on rooftop bar taking in the amazing view. Staff very helpful.

This is a nice looking, modern hotel that is very well situated for the city. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants. It had a nice roof-top terrace which I think was adults only. Unfortunately the bar/cafe wasn't open when we stayed. We had a lovely Junior Suite - not a great view but it is a city hotel. On the downside the breakfasts were 'just ok' and the soundproofing in the room was terrible. We requested a move part way through our stay due to noise from a family above us and next door. To be fair, we were given another room very quickly (hotel was obviously not full) On more than one occasion the noise from children in the pool beside the Spa was so bad that we felt we couldn't sit out there and that is when we used the roof-top terrace.

Hotel was in very central location with most attractions only a short walk. Lots of lovely restaurants only a short walk away. Lovely breakfast served in the morning.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Palma

Lovely hotel in the heart of Palma. Excellent location of shop, bars and restaurants and within walking distance of the old town, Cathederal, harbour and a great childrens play area just across the road. Room was spacious and very clean, with everything you needed. Pools were small but as the hotel seemed fairly quiet, never too busy. Heated pool and sauna were a great bonus, given we stayed in February. Gastro bar next door was a lovely addition and outside seating area was nice during the evening. Stunning views from the rooftop. Would stay again.
