Good breakfast, pleasant staff, used restaurant first night good but expensive beside the restaurant I had recommended to me which is viewed as expensive in Lisbon and food excellent. What was really nice was the young Downs Syndrome girl working at breakfast- lovely the way they let her do every aspect of the job including signing people in - she was lovely.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful it was my wife birthday and on the day they put in a bottle of champagne and chocolates which was a nice surprise the room was clean and tidy had a great stay there

The location of the hotel is in the city center and is very close to everything. Everyone was very nice except at the rooftop restaurant. When we checked in, we were given a voucher for free cocktails and when we tried to use it, the staff at the restaurant acted as if we were not welcome. It made us feel as if we did not belong there. Other than that, everyone was very nice. This was our second time to stay in this hotel.
