It wasn’t anything bad or amazing. I wasn’t upset with anything big, but there were small issues like when the cleaning staff obviously stopped cleaning the room (tea cups were put into the bathroom instead of the hallway drawer) mid way and we had to call the front desk to have them come back up to finish. The shower wasn’t properly sealed so the floor was always quite wet afterwards. The hotel was great about responding to our issues. But again, no huge complaints, but I also didn’t leave impressed. The location was great unless you need to call an uber. The one way street right there makes it challenging especially with the stop lights around the roundabout.

Lisbon stay

Lovely hotel with fantastic service Breakfast service was exceptional - staff were very attentive and were always on hand to offer coffee, juice etc. The range of food offered at breakfast was vast and of a really high quality. We stayed in deluxe room which offered us all the amenities we required for our stay. It was quiet at night, the bed was very comfortable. The towels in the bathroom were probably some of the softest I have ever had in a hotel! Hotel was convenient for metro and buses but we also found lots of places to walk to from the hotel. Great stay and would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Lisbon.

From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the spacious and inviting decor, we were treated with the utmost care and respect and were truly awed by our room - which also had a view! We enjoyed our daily jaunts outdoors, but especially enjoyed the dining experience at the hotel’s restaurant! Do try the breakfast options at the cutesy spot adjacent to the hotel as well. Truly was a fabulous experience!

Best part of the hotel is the pool and breakfast. Staff is very rude at the lobby bar, wouldn’t give ice. There are better hotels for the value provided. Unless you’re booking solely for the hotel pool, would strongly advise look for better options.
