i just stayed at the hotel and didn't sleep because the AC didn't work, the front desk said they knew this was an on going issue and that theirs nothing they can do for me in way of compensation for not sleeping, 24.5 degree C is not a luxury experience, I've stayed before even last year and enjoyed it, but not sleeping when thats literally the point of the hotel and then told by a rude check out lady " you should have called maintenance at 3am" even though she said "we are in the middle of updating our ac amd won't be done until the fall and we can't do anything about it" so why the f wouldn't you let us know amd then when we say something you say ohhh call maintenance.... , this has happened where a room has had an issue and they aren't dismissive and actually blame me for not calling maintenance in the middle of the night as the issue even though that contradicts the entire statement from the same person saying the ac units aren't functioning properly and are to be upgraded?

Excellent hotel experience. The hotel is a few miles away from downtown, but the hotel offers van transfer throughout the day. The train station is just a few steps away as well.

I had a fantastic stay at the Corinthia Hotel in Lisbon. The staff were exceptionally welcoming. My room was quiet and very clean, with a beautiful, spacious bathroom that felt luxurious and well-maintained. The highlight of my morning was an incredible breakfast spread—an amazing variety of high-quality options, accompanied by a live piano player and refreshing mimosas. It added such a special touch to start the day. The location is also unbeatable—just a short drive from Lisbon International Airport, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat from the city’s hustle. I honestly can’t think of a better hotel this close to the airport. Highly recommend!

This property is not in the downtown area. There is a shuttle to the downtown but if you like being able to leave your hotel and wander around the downtown, that won’t happen here. The hotel is also used by cruise ships so its boom or bust in reception each day. Everything else was great

This was our first time in Portugal and this Hotel just made it better. Hotel was just what we expected. It seems safe, convenient and with great dining options.On arrival you are greeted by hotel employees waiting to help you with your bags. They take their time to give you a quick overview of the amenities and what the room has to offer. Hotel is clean and has a great smell. I would definitely stay again here and most likely recommend this hotel to others.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. I was traveling solo, and not only did I feel completely safe, but I also truly felt cared for. What made my experience even more special was how they went above and beyond for my birthday. I came back to my room to find a surprise—champagne, a pastry with a candle, and a thoughtful card signed by the staff. It was such a kind and personal touch that made my day unforgettable. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm. I can’t thank the team enough for making my stay so memorable. Highly recommend—five stars all the way!
