Beautiful modern hotel. A bit out of the city center but it makes it super easy to drive to, and then about 30 min walk to the center. The employees were amazing, always ready to help. The parking was extremely tight and so they offered to get us the car and bring it down for us. Great service from all the reception employees! Thank you. The light show was beautiful. Comfortable room & beds. Would stay again!

It was a wonderful experience. The bed and pillows were great. If you don’t want to go outside for the light show, get a room on the inner court. First night, we watched it from our room because I was too jet lagged, but the second night I went outside to watch. The front desk was wonderful and gave me all the tips and tricks to Lisbon. Well worth staying here!

The staff are amazing, so welcoming and helpful, always with a smile. The bed was enormous, the room comfortable with everything you need. Breakfast buffet had a huge selection. The rooftop pool and bar a lovely spot with great views. The Lumen Light Show is very clever, well done. Easy walk to the city centre, metro and busses only a block away. Special mentìon to Miriam who welcomed us, she is a star! Thanks for a fabulous stay, Sue and Russell, New Zealand.

This hotel was the highlight of our 2 week European vacation! The staff were above and beyond (special shout-out to: Daniel Martin's Daniela Rodrigues Guillerme Silva Tiago Martins) They were all extremely helpful and a joy to deal with! This hotel is easy to overlook, but don't! If you want some romance, the beds are huge, like a king and a half wide (like nothing I have seen before) and there is a very intelligent lighting system that allows you to set the mood for whatever you are into. The shower was a 12 out of 10. It had a giant rainshower head and a hand wand that delivered massage level power. The shower was large, as hot as you can take, and had no leaks! The location is average with a bit of a walk to everywhere, but Lisbon is like that no matter where you go! We really enjoyed the rooftop pool with the dj playing soft trance to really set the mood. I believe a lot of detail went into making this hotel as close to perfect as they could reasonably manage and the price was excellent! Special note, they have free parking in the hotel parkade, but let the staff park and bring up your car. They love doing it, and honestly the parkade is a bit tight to get around! Great Job you guys!

This is definitely the best 4 star hotel I have stayed at in Lisbon! Spacious and comfortable room with all the amenities for our family of 4; excellent breakfast; every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar/pool area had nice views and a DJ, which was a perfect place to rest after our summer afternoon arrival from the airport. Very close to the metro, or a 30-minute walk into the centre. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Great stay

Amazing room, with a great view of the light show. Doors and windows were of great quality and blocked out all sound and light. Rooftop pool was amazing very clean and staff were very helpful.

Very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you.Wonderful breakfast buffet and rooms are spacious and well maintained. The rooftop pool and bar are marvellous to use after a day in Lisbon. No more than two minutes to the metro and in an ideal spot for travelling around Lisbon. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
