Contemporary NEW Build 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 5 * Villa sleeping 6 people.

Villa Palmers (Casa Palmers) overlooks the 16th Green of Fuerteventura Golf Course - This Championship Golf Course hosted the Spanish Open in 2004. The Villa has fantastic views down the fairway and from the roof terrace superb ocean views can be taken in.

The outdoor area boasts a private swimming pool (heated at no extra cost) sun loungers, BBQ and outdoor dining table & chairs. There's even a practice Putting Green to enjoy..

The Master Bedroom, with double bed, has an en-suite with a Walk-In shower.There is a further bedroom containing a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. All rooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning (and plenty of clothes hangers !!)

There is a modern fully equipped kitchen featuring oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer, with the laundry bay giving additional access to a washing machine.

The lounge area overlooks the pool and 16th Green. We offer complimentary WiFi and multi channel TV featuring films, Sky Sports together with a DVD player and JBL speaker for music.

The Villa is situated in an excellent position with access to all the local amenities - Supermarket, Bars & Restaurants all within walking distance. The center of Caleta De Fuste is approx a 15 minute walk, a 10 minute walk will take you to the Alantico Shopping Centre & Beach. If you prefer a Taxi it will only cost approx 5 Euros oneway.

The Villa is located a mere 15 minutes by taxi from the Airport costing around 15 euros oneway.

Also provided for your convenience - Ironing Board, Iron, Hairdryers (one in each bathroom), Bath & Beach Towels and a Security Safe.
