It was alright for the price. The furniture in the room was a little beat up. I would stay there again as long as the price was the same as it was. Check-in was a hassle but it always is in Brazil.

I would give this hotel 3 stars being nice. Bad receptionists, worse food , stale sandwiches and a room service that works when they want to !! Nothing to do with COVID-19 Bad service at its best !!! Not even a contender for a 4 stars Room very mediocre and moldy

Good location for the beach. About 30 min walk from bars and restaurants. Definitely noisy because if street traffic. Faculty and room clean. Breakfast buffet pretty good. Personal very friendly and welcoming the only problem was I did not speak a world of Portuguese ( my bad ) but none of them were speaking english either !!

Quartos e banheiros com pessima manutenção. Parece que abandonaram a qualidade há muito tempo. Moveis danificados, chuveiro ruim (entupido faz um jato d'água ir p um lado e outro p outro lado), cuba da pia solta, todos os espelhos manchados, tv minuscula, colchao velho, lixeiro do banheiro sem tampa, enfim, bem ruim e caro.

O hotel deuma decaida ultimamente. Ja estive la algumas vezes e as instalações estao ficando antigas, o cafe da manhã poderia melhorar e a recepção tb achei que falta um pouco mais de empenho em atender os hospedes. No Check-in nem documento pedem, quando cheguei tarde, nao havia ninguém na recepcao, estavam fora vendo a festa na orla....enfim...certos cuidados que pelo valor da diaria merecem ser obsrvados.

Não gostei do hotel desde o atendimento. Mto mal preparados. Café da manhã horrível, colchão não é bom, vc fica com dor nas costas. Recepção não consegue resolver nada. Queria estender em mais meia diária e falaram que responsável de reservas não estava e não podiam resolver nada. Única coisa que vale é a localização, mas pelo valor da diária pelo atendimento é café não vale a pena.
