Our room was on the lower floor old style, clean and reprrsentsble, but needing refurbishing. The sliding door security lock was not properly working and the mosquito screen was defect. For a 4star hotel room, instant coffee made with hot water in stead of an automated fresh coffee machine and no available iron machine/rack in the room is not acceptable. The area was lovely and really quiet on the river nederrijn with surreal mystical views from your balcony. Will think twice next time if I visit again.

Mooie lokatie, prachtig uitzicht. Lekker ontbijt en goed geslapen. Helaas slot van fietshok kon niet goed afgesloten worden. Tip: vrijdags zou ik technische dienst preventief een aantal zaken af laten lopen, zodat het in weekend ook allemaal werkt

De ligging van het hotel is geweldig, met uitzicht op de Rijn. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De kamer ruim met een heerlijk bed. We hebben genoten van de rust en het heerlijke ontbijtbuffet. We komen graag nog eens terug.

到着時にトラブルがあり、遅くなったが問題なくチェックインできた。夜遅くにタクシー乗り場に空車が見当たらず、近くのホテルから乗車したが、メーターを倒さずに走行されてしまった。15€要求されたが、おそらく、2バチから3倍吹っ掛けられたと思う。
