This cozy house for 6 people is just a 10-minute walk from the beach of Sa Colònia de Sant Pere
There are three terraces spread across different levels where you will find a chill-out area with a sofa, sun loungers for sunbathing, or a table with chairs for dining outdoors with your companions. From the upper terrace you can even catch a glimpse of the sea and the natural surroundings. In addition, the house features a covered area with a ping-pong table, perfect for entertainment.
Inside, you are welcomed by a cozy living-dining room with Smart TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is separate, runs on gas hobs, and is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to cook as if you were at home. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. For sleeping, there are three bedrooms, all with wardrobes and radiators: one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair. There is a bathroom with a shower on this same floor and another with a bathtub in the ping-pong area.
Colònia de Sant Pere is a former fishing village, but nowadays it offers several restaurants, a small supermarket, a bank, a bakery, and a small yacht club. You can stroll along the seafront promenade, watch the boats, and try some of the best Mallorcan dishes in the local restaurants. There are many beaches nearby, including the beach of Colònia de Sant Pere, the natural beach of Cala Torta, or Caló des Ermitans.
