The house is distributed in one floor, it has a living-dining room with chimney, total equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave ..., three double bedrooms with bathroom en suite ( two with hydro-massage shower and one with bath), two bedrooms with double bed and one with single beds and guest toilet.
At the outside you will find a porch 3\'50x11m and 10x5m a pool surrounded by lawn, barbecue and garden furniture\'s.
The house is located at about 8 km Manacor and about 6 km from the beaches of Son Serra de Marina and Colonia San Pere. At 30 km from the beaches of Puerto de Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa.
Ideal area for excursions as biking, hiking and horseback riding enthusiasts Golf lovers without long distances in the vicinity you have four different golf courses all 18 holes and assiduously organized various tournaments ...Pula Golf, Golf Son servera at 10-15 minutes from each other Golf Canyamel and Capdepera Golf and direction Manacor-Cala D'Or Vall D'or Golf
