This beautiful house, full of character, offers a spectacular interior patio filled with plants and charming corners where you can sit, relax and unwind, next to the 5 x 2 m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.20 m. Being located in the center of the town, the property has direct neighbors.

The interior is distributed over 3 floors and offers a modern style full of traditional details that make it a unique and cozy place. Its spacious living room, equipped with a Smart TV, satellite channels and books, is perfect for extending your evenings. The lovely dining room is ideal for enjoying unforgettable meals with your companions. The modern kitchen is independent and offers everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the ground floor. Via a staircase, you can access the upper floors, where the bedrooms and the remaining bathrooms are located, as well as two spacious rooms that you can use as you prefer. The first floor houses 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. One of them has a double bed, while the rest have two single beds each. Additionally, on this floor you will find three bathrooms with showers, two of them en suite and one independent. Finally, on the second floor is the last bedroom, which features air conditioning, a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. We can provide a crib and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby.

This property is located in the upper part of Artà, a charming village which has preserved its medieval air over the centuries. It is next to the town hall and offers wonderful views of the beautiful Puig de Sant Salvador. In Artà you can go shopping at the street market on Tuesdays, visit the church with panoramic views over the village or enjoy a nice dinner in the main street. The house is about 15 minutes drive from the coast where you will find many beautiful beaches like Cala Mesquida, Cala Agulla or Cala Torta, a natural beach with only one restaurant. In Artà there are supermarkets, banks, bars and all the necessary services for an independent stay. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted.
