Wir haben alles vorgefunden wie angesagt, eine super ausgestattete Küche, so das man Spaß am Kochen hatte sogar die Bewirtung von Freunden war kein Problem. Der Ausblick incl. Sonnen- untergänge sind ein Traum. Wir werden bestimmt noch mal wiederkommen.

Tolle Wohnung mit mega Meerblick auf die Bucht von Alcudia.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr hell eingerichtet. Der Meerblick auf der tollen Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft.Bei den Schlafzimmern waren wir erst skeptisch, da man diese nicht so auf den Bildern sah. Diese sind sehr schön hell eingerichtet mit guten Matratzen und jeweils Klimaanlage. Der Pool den man nutzen kann, ist relativ groß und war meist ziemlich leer. Die Küche hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung mit viel Geschirr, bis ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Küchenwaage, Gurkenschäler) war alles vorhanden. Eine verkratze Teflonpfanne konnte ich nach Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin direkt durch eine neue ersetzten (diese war im Schrank vorhanden). Verbesserungsvorschläge hätte ich folgende: Moskitonetze für beide Schlafzimmer für die Gäste, eine zusätzliche Beschattung im Bereich des verlängerten Tisches auf der Terrasse (dort kann es heiss werden). Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug. Wir hatten 2 x 20 kg, 1x 10 kg Koffer u.Sportgepäck von 2 x20 kg dabei und jeder einen kleinen Rucksack dabei. Bei der Ankunft um 22 Uhr waren wir dann erst mal geschockt, dass wir jetzt noch alles hochtragen und nach 2 Wochen wieder runter tragen müssen. Es empfiehlt sich also so wenig Gepäck wie möglich mitzunehmen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und schnell. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen. Unser Reisezeitraum war Juni. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ist absolut empfehlenswert, somit 5 Sterne.
