Stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. This is a Corner Unit Condo with two Master Bedrooms. Your own private balcony provides incredible southwest-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway. 1 parking space is available, we recommend a COMPACT car per the parking space is at the end of the garage and very narrow.
