Disappointing that the hotel does not have the breakfast inclusions unlike the other hotels in the area that has buffet breakfast. Also, in our room they only give one bath tissue for 4 people staying, 3 bath towels and no rug nor towels provided for the cold floor. They are understaffed so when you request for those items you have to call for a followup as it would never arrived. The front desk staffs are amazing and have great attitudes!

It is by the main downtown area of Athens. So, it has a convenient location. It is a nice hotel, but it is dated. It was sufficient for a quick visit to UGA.

Overall, I enjoyed our stay there. It's a very good hotel and it's proximity to the Center Theater is great for seeing shows. The breakfast buffet is really good and the food is of good quality. One minor thing that was annoying was that if you want ketchup for your eggs or hash browns, you are given ketchup packets. Really? Ketchup packets at a higher end hotel. We paid $360 for a king size room and got ketchup packets. Come on Hilton! Other than that, it was a good experience.
