Kathryna was so very helpful with directions, arranging transfers and for providing recommendation for restaurants that met our needs. The property was quiet, safe and ideally located to walk anywhere you need to go in Pollonia!

Family-Friendly Stay in Athens

Truly enjoyed our stay as a family of 4! The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable - the couch pulled out into a bed for our 2 elementary school-aged kids. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast on the rooftop was buffet style, with local, delicious food. The location was absolutely perfect for our week in Athens. This is located right in the heart of the city in the Plaka neighborhood, steps from the Acropolis. Don’t hesitate to stay at this gem!

The location is fantastic. The rooms were large, comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace looking at the Acropolis was amazing. Highly recommend this place

First, this property is right in the heart of Plaka and right outside the Acropolis. The location is great but the street noise can be loud. Let's be very clear, though: this is a 2-3 star property at best. We were only in Athens for two nights, so we made it work, but it's a very old and run-down property. The breakfast was lackluster, so we skipped it. The staff was lovely and kind, which was the property's best part. I'm not writing a beware review, but I am saying this is a 2-3 star property, so know what you are walking into in advance.

The location was excellent so close to the Acropolis/museum and the centre always add entertainment of the locals. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Such a lovely little place to stay.

Location is great Room is very very small Bed frame and mattress in room 103 was horrible Stairs are dangerous to climb or come down. Our housekeeping was poor. Used coffee glasses were not changed regularly. We will go back to Greece but will avoid this so called boutique house

We had the absolute best time. The location could not have been better. Check in was easy. The most special part was Angela. Acropolis views

Perfect location with roof top breakfast area, but also access through the day and night to this area so excellent for taking night time photos of the Acropolis. Also bought a bottle of wine in local supermarket and had evening drinks there as well. Personnel were really friendly and accommodating and arranged a bottle of Prosecco on one morning for our wedding anniversary and a lovely chocolate birthday cake the next morning for my wife’s birthday. Rooms spacious, though missing shower door in our room caused the floor to get wet. Access to roof is via very steep spiral stairs so maybe not suitable for all people, but the view is so worth it. Location is perfect, with street entertainment outside adding to the whole ambience. Couldn’t recommend more.

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kyria Boutique House in March. Our apartment was spacious and lovely, and the breakfast on the terrace (with the Acropolis in full view) was terrific. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. The location cannot be beat. We look forward to returning!

This boutique hotel is located in a prime area, but it is not prepared for winter and guests with mobility issues. I moved in at the end of February for 3 days, when the weather is still cold. They have a rooftop for breakfast but no gas heater. I can have the breakfast in my room but the small table is broken. Additionally, they use a spiral staircase to access the roof. If you have trouble walking, you're in trouble. On the other hand, the staff is good.

Illuminated Acropolis from Hotel Roof Top

Location is amazingly close to the Acropolis! Night views of the illuminated Acropolis from the Hotel roof top was very romantic and peaceful. There were even street musicians playing enchanting music on the well lit streets below. The staff provided breakfast on the roof top in the morning which was enjoyable and tasty with many selections available. Staff works above and beyond to give guests a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
