The location is superb. The air conditioning operates with high efficacy. The breakfast area is outstanding, providing a delightful view. Angela exhibits exceptional courtesy and accommodating behavior, consistently maintaining a positive demeanor despite evident fatigue. She attends to our requirements promptly and with a cheerful disposition. Having made a prior booking, I had reviewed numerous positive reviews about her, and I wholeheartedly concur.

if you want a hotel directly in the Plaka and walking distance to all Athens attractions, this is the place. Is a small old-time European hotel. Every door has their own luck number. Some of the windows are even out to the street, but all quiet with the windows closed and the curtains drawn. they put out a beautiful breakfast every morning on the rooftop where you can overlook the Acropolis only issue we had was one of the air conditioning units was not working and no one seemed how to fix it, but that did not ruin our stay, thank you very much. We had a great stay at your property

This is the perfect stay if you’re looking for a nice, convenient stay near the Acropolis and surrounding restaurants/shops. Everything we needed/wanted was within walking distance. Staff were super friendly and helpful!

The staff was so kind and accommodating, and the location was incredible. The rooms were very clean as well. The air conditioning went out a few times which led to some uncomfortable sleeping nights, since only some of the windows would open. The rooftop is very picturesque.

Perfect location. Walked the whole stay.

Location was perfect. Size was a bit small but again I am an American. Had a cool rooftop patio. 1 minute walk to acropolis ticket gate, 3 minute walk to Acropolis museum. In the heart of Plaka neighborhood and 15 minute walk to Monastiraki neighborhood. Only con is a lot of steep stairs.

We stayed in room 103. It was cute and had a nice shower. We enjoyed the rooftop breakfast. Great location in Plaka. The only downside was the stairs. Also, the listing on Expedia mentions a free bottle of wine, which wasn’t provided.

Magda was a wonderful host but unfortunately does not make up for a run down boutique hotel. Our bathroom was covered in mold and the place smelled very musty. The location, however, was spectacular. Breakfast was served up on a scorching hot rooftop with friendly service and poor food. The hard boiled eggs were cold, the vegetables old and soggy.

The location was perfect, 50 metres from the entrance to the Acropolis and the museum. Considering it was in the middle of the old town, it was very quiet in the room. The shower had no door and fitting a shower curtain would have been good, even as a temporary measure. We enjoyed our stay.

Very cute. Delicious breakfast with a fabulous rooftop view. It is very much in the heart of all the shipping, dining, and tourist attractions. So it is a very busy area. And while it’s loud and you can hear the noise at night. It didn’t destroy our ability to get some sleep. And things seemed to go quiet after 1am.
