I would not recomend this hotel

The area around the hotel is dirty, very dirty with homless sleeping around. We had a room so small that was difficult to move around the bed. we were not comfortable there On top of it, after bokked for 7 days there, at the end of our trip we wanted to stay two more days at Mykonos and cancelled two of the three nights bokked at Lotus. However they were not willing to reinburs us the two night we were not using. Very disapointed with this hotel.

Super convenient location—just a 1-minute walk to Monastiraki Square, the metro, and tons of food and things to do. Breakfast was included and a real highlight, with an amazing view of the Acropolis while we ate. The staff were so friendly and even arranged an early morning airport transfer for us. Couldn’t have been easier!

The lobby does not have space to rest waiting for a taxi. The rooms does not have iron machine. Bathrooms doesn’t have countertops for toiletries. Front desk and breakfast service is very nice and welcoming.

The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. And short walk to the acropolis. The room was fine but slightly outdated. However there’s only a deadbolt to lock the room door so it is a fire hazard.

Convenient and nice breakfast

Very clean and comfortable room with a wonderful breakfast upstairs with a nice view of the Acropolis. Only downside was the rooms are not noise proof.

Upon arrival we were given a small room with windows looking at a wall. Room lighting was bad, bath fan made terrible noise, and room like a closet. The next morning I explained to staff, in which they were nice and inderstanding. To solve this problem we were given another room across the street (308) which was just great. A beautiful view of the Acropolis, large with everything working. Looked recently remodeled. So we had a great 5 day stay. This place is the perfect location to everything. Can walk anywhere and the staff is really helpful. I would stay here again.

Easy walking distance to all the major archeological sites in the Acropolis. Beautiful view of the Parthenon from the breakfast dining area. The staff was always at the front desk with a smile to welcome us back and always available for any questions or concerns we had. Streets were busy, but the secure windows kept the room quiet. Everything was very clean and well attended to.

The hotel is not luxurious, but it is located in the center of Athens and is not bad for spending 3-4 days. What makes this hotel great is the staff: very professional, always ready to help, and very friendly.

Disappointing service

Service here was not great. Front desk attendant was rude and not helpful at all. Room was ok, but service at the hotel was really disappointing. Would not recommend this hotel overall.
