Friend and homely

Very high standard of customer service. Staff were friendly, professional and willing to helo and offer advice on attractions. Hotel was originally a home and is very traditional in its style and appearance which made a change from corporate hotels. Its location, in Plaka, made it ideal for the visiting the Acropolis (a must do) and it was close to the Metro. Great stay.

Incredible experience, this Hotel is s o convenient and excessable to the attractions of Greece. The restaurants around this square were the Hotel is located are fabulous and will take care of you since you are staying at the Hotel. The staff is so cooland know the city, will go out of way to be accomodating. Just loved the whole experiece!

Very quaint, very clean place to stay. We were warmly greeted and assisted with our luggage. Within walking distance of many nice restaurants and a hike to Acropolis. Wifi access. We did not need elevator, but stairs only. No USA television, but who needs television in Athens!

The staff were absolutely fantastic - so friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was in the heart of everything with several dining options outside the front of the hotel. We booked a Deluxe Suite as it had a balcony with a view of the Acropolis, unfortunately the weather was a bit chilly in February for sitting outside but it was a great view. The mattress was amazing, best I've ever slept on in a hotel. The room was bit tired and bathroom was a bit grubby but overall was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There is a communal kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities which was a nice touch with plenty of bottled water to use as needed. No English channels on the TV -and whilst you don't go on holiday to watch TV it is nice to have something on in the background when getting ready or relaxing after a long day walking. The Acropolis was about a 15 minute walk away and the busier areas such as Syntagma Square were easily reached in around 20 minutes. Overall I would highly recommend the Palladian Home and thank the staff for a wonderful stay :)

Palladian Home was in a great, safe location within walking distance of Acropolis Hill and museums. Multiple dining and shopping areas in the neighborhood. English-speaking staff extremely friendly and helpful. There's no elevator but they insisted on carrying our bags up the stairs. Staff assisted with early morning taxi for airport. Highly recommend if you can do steps.

Loved this hotel. It was overlooking a small square with multiple dining options. It was generally quite quiet, although more families with kids around on Friday and Saturday. Doesn’t have a view of the acropolis but balconies overlooking the square. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. No elevator but the staff helped with bags to our third floor room. There is a small coffee room on the floor and bottles of water were provided to our room. Our room also had a small fridge. The only thing that could be better is if they put a small microwave in the coffee room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
