Exceptional! Excellent customer service. Friendly staffs including reception, breakfast staff and house keeping staffs. Tasty breakfast, daily cleaning. The area is very safe and only short walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transport. The hotel is opposite of the Mount Lycadettus. We are family of four stayed for seven nights. Our flight was 4.55pm and they allowed us to stay until 1.30pm as a compliment which is good as we didn't have to rush to check out at 11am. We are planning to book with this hotel in future.
