Gorgeous hotel and friendly staff

Had an overnight stay with friends. The Hilton hotel is close to everywhere you need to get to in Belfast. It was gorgeous and staff couldn't do enough to help, and I include cleaning staff when I say this also. Will definitely stay here in future visits to Belfast and would highly recommend The Hilton to family and friends. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

hotel was ok.well located near town centre

Pros: location
Cons: nothing much
Location: near town centre and it all felt a very safe and friendly location
hotel was fine for a weekend and its location provided access to town centre where very good shops, bars and restaurants are located.a small thing that was immediately rectified by guest desk was our room was not serviced all of saturday and at 530 we came back to it as we left it.Not where you could feel relaxed and comfortable.Overall the facilities did not disappoint.

Not 4 star cleanliness!

Pros: Staff were friendly
Cons: Cleanliness and power sockets.
Location: Close to river and city centre
Such a dusty room I don't think they had ever vacuumed under the bed. I would not have even looked under the bed if the ONLY 1 double socket in the room worked however I needed somewhere to charge my phone. The pillows were also uncomfortably smothering.

Nice hotel close to the city centre

Cons: internet speed
Pleasing experience, good restaurant and helpful staff. Wireless internet is painfully slow though.

slightly disappointed

Pros: breakfast
Cons: rooms ready on time and facilities for 3 per room not 2
arrived 3pm told room not ready.receptionist spoke to house keeping came back said didn't know how long it would be- we said we have a concert a t4- needed into room to get ready. We were told said we could leave our bags in holding room which was no good- we went to bar and spent £15 waiting for someone to come tell us room was ready but no one came.3.40pm we went back out and spoke to different receptionist and got into room. we were getting changed/ready and was knock on door.before we got to door staff member opened and asked if sofa bed was made up- I don't think she should have let himself in at all. got to concert late and next morning boiled kettle only to find there was 2 mugs when 3 of us were in room.
