ONLY 2 TOWELS FOR TWO PEOPLE. .ROOM NOT CLEANED TILL ASKED TO BE . TWO HAIRDRYERS WITH BROKEN ELEMENTS SO THEY DIDN'T GET HOT. NO TISSUES IN ROOM

Excellent location

Pros: location and friendliness of staff.
Cons: The pillows, one wasn't enough and too high when using two.
Location: Excellent shops nearby, the fantastic indoor market with a superb restaurant above which we ate at once with fabulous choice of food.
The Hilton hotel was in an excellent location in Belfast for all that we wanted to do. We could walk in the immediate locality and drive for further away places of interest.

Excellent staff.

All round very pleasant stay. Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast service the best I've experienced. Will stay again.

Welcome and want back

The Australian receptionist was lovely .The room fantastic .bar and it's staff helpful and inviting .fantastic hotel with lovely professional staff .can't wait to go back again

Gorgeous hotel and friendly staff

Had an overnight stay with friends. The Hilton hotel is close to everywhere you need to get to in Belfast. It was gorgeous and staff couldn't do enough to help, and I include cleaning staff when I say this also. Will definitely stay here in future visits to Belfast and would highly recommend The Hilton to family and friends. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

hotel was ok.well located near town centre

Pros: location
Cons: nothing much
Location: near town centre and it all felt a very safe and friendly location
hotel was fine for a weekend and its location provided access to town centre where very good shops,bars and restaurants are located.a small thing that was immediately rectified by guest desk was our room was not serviced all of saturday and at 530 we came back to it as we left it.Not where you could feel relaxed and comfortable.Overall the facilities did not disappoint.

Not 4 star cleanliness!

Pros: Staff were friendly
Cons: Cleanliness and power sockets.
Location: Close to river and city centre
Such a dusty room I don't think they had ever vacuumed under the bed. I would not have even looked under the bed if the ONLY 1 double socket in the room worked however I needed somewhere to charge my phone. The pillows were also uncomfortably smothering.
