The rooms were spotless. The hotel was very clean spotless the breakfast in the morning was excellent always fresh. The dinners at night were excellent. I can’t say anything bad about this place. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and very professional. If I go back to Northern Ireland and stay in Belfast I will be staying there again.

Parking was excellent we parked and walked straight through into the bar area. Reception staff were helpful and friendly especially Clara. Bar staff were friendly and also dining room staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was excellent and an upgrade and river view for my birthday was a nice surprise as well as the chocolates.
