Up to date and roomy. Missing some minor items (dish drainer, paper towel). Could not figure out thermostat…..pretty cold.Downstairs door fell off its hinges first day. Discussed separately with agent.Outside needs TLC. We got over it.House was great. Accommodated big family and was well provisioned. Location was perfect for a Buckhead-centric crowd.Rental agent tried to lay off some repair charges on me on items that pre-existed our stay. Being nickled and dimed like that ruined the experience for me. I did not share that with the rest of the family, so their reviews would all be positive.

Everyting was as stated in the advertisement and in the contract. We had a few "hiccups" but the on-site manager was there quick as a "flash" to remedy the situation and afterwards every thing was smooth sailing and enjoyable.

Great location in Buckhead

The house is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood. Everything was very clean and the hose was very responsive when I needed help with a few items. The only problem we had was the extremely strict requirements to be in this neighborhood. No visitors allowed, except the people listed on the rental. No cars parked in the street or driveway. It would have been nice to have some family members over during the wedding weekend.

Great place!

Very impressed with this very clean and spacious home! 10 of us in town for a convention at the Georgia World Conference Center. This home provided us a great place to unwind at night with some fellowship. No complaints! Would rent again.

Great location

Location was amazing & the space was great! We had a nice gathering & it was the perfect location to enjoy the city & everybody had their own room. Major issue was the over never worked! We hired two chefs to cook us an amazing meal & had to pivot because as they were cooking the oven completely stopped working! If you are not looking to use the kitchen to cook then this is your spot! That is the only issues we had.

Kingswood Stay

We had a great stay at this property, Michael the owner was very attentive. The home was exactly as advertised. The Bedroom off of the main floor needs better curtains since that room is all windows but besides that it was great.
