The staff were helpful and friendly. Problems: 1. One of the two shared bathroom/ toilets on the 12th floor was out of order for (I think) three days. This was very inconvenient. 2. I like to finish my shower with a burst of cold water. One of the showers had hot and warm water only. 3. Once when I went to use the toilet I found that there was no toilet paper. Just as well I wasn't in a rush. 4. Getting breakfast at the hotel cafe took far too long. If it had not been for these shortcomings and annoyances the hotel would have been perfect in every way.

No hot water the first night , no kettle in the room to even make a coffee , the manager extremely rude

Great location and a functional stay. NYC is not about space - and I appreciate what POD 51 is doing. Although it could us a bit of a face lift, the rooms are still quaint, bed was comfortable, and the shower and bathroom were clean and great. This is our second time staying here and we'd come back! It's great value for location and the staff are amazing.

Die Unterkunft ist zwar einbisschen in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise auch sehr ringhörig, jedoch mit Ohropax sehr gut machbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, es wurden jeden Tag die Handgücher erneuert und das Bett frisch gemacht. Das Hotel liegt wenige gehminuten von der 5th Aven. entfernt, gabz in der nähe hat es meherer Subway Stationen. Würde es sofort wieder Buchen!!

Hôtel très central pour visiter NYC Les chambres sont petites et un peu bruyante avec les ventilations mais c’est souvent le cas à NYC Je recommande cet hôtel
