What is the deal with the hot water in the bathroom? Took forever to get the sink hot water to even a warm temperature. Staff, especially angel at the front desk was a delight! Would return just because of her Customer Service level !

The doors to the rooms had a closing mechanism that would slam the door and made such a lout noise. You could hear and feel every door that shut to rooms that were around you. This made it difficult to sleep.
