Front desk guy was rude and condescending when checking me in and after I had an issue. Expedia did a terrible job remedying the situation I had with wrong room type. I ended up going to front desk and fixing myself. Won’t book Expedia going out of town anymore for this reason. And won’t stay at this hotel again.

I booked a studio room with a kitchen and upon arrival was given a regular room. No kitchen, the door was messed up and not the room I booked online. We woke up to bugs in our room on Sunday. The staff were amazing but nothing else met my expectations.

I found the staff to be welcoming and warm. The only issue I had was housekeeping. 😠They never serviced my room. I made repeated requests and would see them in the hallway. They skipped my room for my 4-day stay. I never found out the issue it was a big beautiful room
