The room and amenities were great. The problem I had was when all I wanted was 4 sodas brought up to my room on New Year's Eve at 10:30pm and the woman basically told me that's tough luck, everybody went home early for the holiday. Well what about MY holiday? I was their guest, on my vacation that I paid a lot of money for. 1 bad apple spoils the bunch.

First, my $38 ribeye steak was thin and overcooked when asked for medium doneness. But the worst of it was I couldn’t sleep because of some pulsating-like sound coming from somewhere either right outside the room or inside. I didn’t have time to complain as we woke up early and left

My room was clean and my digital jet had no issues. I enjoyed service so much. O’Neil was the best. He was the bartender, but you would think he was the hotel manager with how helpful he was and how much pride he put into his work. And he was so nice.

I thought the ventilation and mechanical system was terrible. Had to seek medical treatment because of ventilation system. I was moved to another room because faulty thermostat..the room would not heat up. When moved to room 324 there was a dirty dish in the sink. Also the shower is constructed that in order to turn the water on you have to be inside the shower getting doused with cold water.
