The staff was really nice to me; both their morning and evening staff. Most everything is within a 15 minute walk of the hotel or just a couple minute drive by car which wasnt really expensive to park.

Costomer service was lacking

It was great hotel but i was supposed to have parking included with stay and upon check-out i got charged additional charges for parking. I've called for a week and half every day and have never got a reimbursement or resolution. So custom service was lacking on that end.

I lived in room 318, our bathroom was broken, no water, and the air conditioning wasn't working. I told the front desk about this. No intention to provide any sort of compensation. She just said she noted that.

Quick trip to Atlanta for a visit to GTech. Great location, very safe, free parking with hotels.com. Breakfast buffet $17 pp was excellent! Definitely was noisy due to motorists revving their engines late at night ( Can’t blame the hotel, they even provide ear plugs lol) Pillows could have been more comfortable as well.

When We showed up to unload could not getting into unloading area due to all the cars parked without staying in Hotel. Was glad I was armed as got into confrontation with what I would call a Hood rat! Be careful of your surroundings.No security, No valet service ,No 🛎️ man. I give it a 2 star ⭐️.
