I wait for a table while everyone was being helped. EVEN AFTER PLACING A RESERVATION IBWAS OVER LOKKED SEVERAL TIMES. AND I HEARD THE GIRL TELL OTHER FOLKS IT WOULD TAKE A WHILE WITHOUT A RESERVATION AND THEY STILL WAS SERVICED BEFORE ME. HORRIBLE.

Great Hotel

The staff was perhaps the friendliest staff I have encountered. Julie was a joy at 2:30 in the morning when we finally arrived after a 4 hour delay. The only 3 things - the walls seemed really thin, the house cleaners knocked on our door at 8:30 even though we were checking out at 11:30 (did I mention we had only gotten in at 2:30), and there was no a/c!

Great location for restaurants, near by neighborhoods, and jogging/outdoor space nearby. The two dining options had helpful and friendly staff with good food and cocktails. The two experiences that made this average and not great or excellent 1) the front desk could improve regarding organization and slightly rude 2) the water pressure for the shower was nonexistent.

Great stay near Grand Central

Perfectly fine, clean hotel close to Grand Central. Good value for the money, large room (by NYC standards). Felt comfortable for a family of four in a room with two queen sized bed. The kitchenette our room had an ice maker in the fridge--which was an unexpected but nice thing to have in a hotel room. Plenty of restaurants and amenities near by for all needs.

The stay was great! The only thing I wish we had was a pamphlet in our room that gave us the same run-down as they do at the front desk (amenities, numbers to call for certain services, more info on the rooftop, etc). Besides that, everyone was so helpful.
