The stay at this hotel was horrible and extremely uncomfortable. Our first room was infested with bugs, and the front desk was fully aware of the issue. Despite this, they continued to place guests in that room, knowingly exposing people to an unsafe and unsanitary environment. No consideration was given to the possibility that a guest could have severe allergies, a fear of insects, or other health concerns. Only after my spouse raised serious concerns were we moved to another room. However, that does not excuse the fact that the hotel knowingly assigned guests to a room with a bug infestation. Thankfully, the bugs were not bed bugs, but the situation was unacceptable regardless. Because of this experience, we have decided that we will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. The breakfast was delicious and filling not to mention my kids enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate after getting in late at night. Another thing that I really liked was that there was a water fountain on the main floor, so instead of constantly buying water we just refilled our bottles from it. The location was perfect as well, waking distance from shopping and restaurants. Staff was super nice as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was comfortable and clean. Parking was not close to door and there were no luggage carts but that wasn’t fault of establishment. Front desk very cheerful and efficient. Breakfast was OK better than some. Still love Hampton inns.
