There was a mistake in the date of arrival, and despite the mistake, we were charged full price for both days. It took me just over 2 hours sitting in rain-drenched clothing in the lobby to settle this dispute. After many phone calls, we were able to have a room but with an upcharge of 40% more money. It was VERY upsetting as I had a guest with me who couldn't understand why they would not at least give us a room while the reservation was sorted out. Personally, I will choose never to patronage Myndam Properties again after this. Also, we were finally given a room that was the absolute last room as far away from the entrance as possible. I felt this, too, was a slap in the face. My guest had a difficult time taking the flight of stairs and then the long hallways to the room.

The pool is not open. I can tell it's not clean but they claim its closed because it's not in "season". All we wanted to do was have another common area to relax. This hotel is not walking distance to anything. So it's a bit boring and claustrophobic.
