The snack bar had nice options like sandwiches, water, homemade cookies that were in addition to the usual snacks you’d get at hotel lobbies, but the options here were more personable. Lobby, area, rooms, hallways were clean and refreshing. Bar/restaurant had good drinks and food. The only negative was the new manager didn’t know how to ‘manage’ placing guests in rooms. GUESTS before me were placed in a dirty room (before staff was able to clean after someone else left). The manager placed GUESTS in a new room but didn’t enter it correctly so when I checked in, I was keyed for the same room. I walked in the GUESTS room and thank you Jesus they were just relaxing. We had to get that corrected IMMEDIATELY. The wait staff was extremely apologetic. All else was good.

The hotel was easy to find. The desk agents were nice and efficient. Rooms are updated but the box air conditioners are loud. No free breakfast. But overall decent stay so close to the airport.

It sufficed. My flight was cancelled, and I didn’t want to stay in the airport overnight alone. Pros: affordable, airport shuttle, friendly check in staff Cons: My room was so close to the lobby, it sounded like any noise there was in my room; no free breakfast; no free water; no complimentary “forgot your toothbrush,”

The 2 of the 3 lamps in our room didn’t work. We arrived on Friday and they didn’t come to clean our room or replace our towels until Monday. They were very busy due to there being some type of biker convention. So when they all checked out there were a lot of rooms for them to clean and get ready for the next guest but they still shouldn’t neglect the guests that are still checked in. The pool was open, clean and very fun and the staff were overall nice.

The property was decent. The restaurant food was not good at all. I ordered from there two nights in a row and it was not good. The chicken was really really dry and the other meal I had just was good either the front desk was very pleasant and very nice and so what’s housekeeping
