Ample parking. Great reception from staff at check in. Kids get an activity pack. Lovely touch. Lofts that work. Everywhere clean, great lighting. Warm and friendly. Room really good. Shower could have been slightly better as is wouldn’t adjust in height. Lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty to choose from. All fresh. Nicely laid out and enough tables and chairs. All presented nicely and cleaned up after last diners. Easy check out just drop your card. I’d definitely stay here again if needed. Everything was spot on. Price was great and parking was decent at £7.

Holiday Inn is always a good stay for a solo one night business trip. It is consistent and you going to get a clean room and nice breakfast. Usually they always have parking but do charge. I always stay at Holiday Inn if I can in either UK or Germany/EU.

Room 518 was poorly kept. The net curtains were black from never being cleaned, air conditioning unit has never been cleaned, a single seater chair thats never been cleaned as its thick with black caked on dirt and is full of dust/dead bugs and the shower was either boiling hot or ice cold nothing inbetween. I had my wife and 2 year old with me and just as we had settled it would have been a pain to move rooms. Told reception in the morning who couldnt care less( think her name was nisha(but she was indian)) absolute poor service from her and she shouldnt be in hospitality.

It's a good hotel, rooms after average but very affordable which is great! I had a problem with the shower drain and i had to change rooms (not a disaster), and their air conditioning units are too old (remotes put off battery too). Overall it's a good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, good parking lot and very quiet. Breakfast is continental (average) that is worth the price, children eat free!
