This was my second stay in two months and I was not disappointed. The only concern I had was that I could hear dogs barking at all times. I’m not against people having their pets at hotels but maybe consider having a section of the hotel that accommodates those with pets so that those that don’t won’t be disturbed. Other than that, my stay was great! Will visit again.

Check in was fast and easy but it was never mentioned that the was a $5 parking fee. She only said to make sure I registered my vehicle. The bed was very hard and not comfortable. The room was clean.

While the room was comfortable and the two staff members we interacted with were friendly enough, I will NOT stay at this property again. They charged us to park our car even though Hotels.com lists free parking as an amenity. If I was staying downtown where parking is limited, I might have understood the fee, but we were in Norcross. In addition, the breakfast was cold and very limited choices. This property was did not provide the quality that I expect from Hyatt hotels.
