It was an okay stay. Lots of noise when trying to sleep. Their valet was 65$ a night but the front desk told us we could park across the street in the AAA parking garage for $35 a night. The guy that was managing the parking there was weird.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. I also loved the convenience of having access to a food court and CVS pharmacy nearby. The neighborhood felt safe, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

I availed the Valet Parking service to make sure that my car is on good hand since I am visiting from North Carolina. On my check out date, I waited for my car for almost 30 mins but nothing came. Until the Parking Operation Manager called me to his office and told that my car was damaged on the driver side rear end. Not just a simple damage but huge one. The taillight was broken, the bumper was damage and the trunk has a huge dent. I don't know how it happened knowing that this is a limited Toyota 2023 4WD 4 Runner where everything has censored and alarm. Maybe the driver is not accustomed on how to drive the car. I was not able to pursue my itineraries on that day and went back hom straight. Now, I’m facing the dilemma of searching where is the best car body shop for it to be repair. I did not come to work because of this, it needs to be fix. The total negligence of the staff from the valet parking of this hotel is absolutely disgusting. Imagine you go there for vacation to relief from stress but they were the one who gave the stress. Its a total mess. I just hope that they will mark their words to shoulder all the expenses for the repair and rent a car fees as what the parking operation manager have told. Its a bad experience and never to check in on this hotel again.

Pretty good, could be better at follow ups

we've mostly enjoyed staying at this property. It is well maintained, clean, and the staff is friendly and tries to be helpful (mostly) One odd but annoying issue was the in-room entertainment options. There's some regular tv channels and some ppv offerings, but I think an important option is the ability to chromecast your own services (s/a hulu or netflix) to the TV. This would have been wonderful to occupy the kids -- if it ever worked. And this is not the first Hyatt property where I've seen it offered and it never worked for me. The service is provided through a 3rd party subcontractor and so not in direct control by Hyatt. Tried getting someone at the hotel to resolve, they sent an "engineer" who could not really do much but promised to contact the service provider and get back to me in 20 mins.... 2 hours later when I reached out to front desk to remind about it, and another 1-2 hours passed before someone finally called to tell me that the service provider is having an issue that can't be resolved (which may have been a bit of lie to get me placated, see below) ended up calling the service provider directly, another 30 minutes on the phone with them did get me going for the night, but the next morning the issue was back -- I didn't bother with tech support any longer. we only used the tv for maybe 1-2 hours at night and contended ourselves with some ad-laden channels. so while our stay was mostly pleasant -- it could have been perfect -- alas.

My family and I had an amazing spring break at this hotel. The location was spot-on. It’s just a 10-minute walk from the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Olympic Park, and more. It’s super convenient for getting in and out of the city, with easy access to the highway. Our room was clean, comfortable, very nice balcony view. The service was top-notch, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!
