I love the place. The only thing i didn’t like was there’s no TV in the room. And the water from the bathroom floor leaks outside making a mess on the floor. Also, a little far from where the tourist attractions are.

Very basic rooms but very clean and tidy. Being a temporary building the room did move a bit when the neighbouring guests were in their room and the noise from the kids was pretty loud but other than that it was a very pleasant stay :-)

The property itself is great and has a lot of different amenities. The rooms are clean and have exactly what you need. Just hope that you don’t run into any problems because the staff did not assist us… at all. We didn’t have any hot water which usually isn’t an issue for me but the water was freezing, my hands were numb when I tried to shower. We contacted them and they did not help, every time we called they hung up on us and when someone finally came to help they told us we will just have to change rooms and then did not change our room. Additionally, the “24/7” shuttle they say they have is actually a taxi that costs €55 one way. It was nice to have transportation late at night but an uber was cheaper. Additional public transit to the city from the place is ok. It takes about 50 minutes to get to the city center if you don’t have to wait long for buses. For the price, I am not sure if it is worth it. If you have the extra €10 to spend per night to get closer to the city I would do it.

Not a pleasant stay.

The stay was ok, nothing fabulous to shout about. The staff i found were not very accomadating. One even swore at me in Italian, thinking i wouldn't understand, all because i asked for an ironing table. The beds were not comfortable, only one very thin pillow, which caused neck pain. They don't change towels or sheets unless you stay longer than 4 days. The noise in the morning from their maintenence work is very loud, so you are unable to relax. However, in order to get to the main square of Rome, they provide a shuttle for €5 as a return which is value for money.

The property is inhabitable. The living conditions are not fit for human beings. The property does not provide water, which is Essential for human beings. The property does not contain basic amenities such as a coffee maker or even hot water for tea. The property does not contain a microwave to reheat your food. The property doesn’t even have an iron to remove the wrinkles from your cloths. The property does not contain wash clothes to even wash your body with. I’m ashamed to call this property “ w living quarters”. I would’ve been better off camping outside in a tent for free.

Very plain compared to photos. Linens were awful, not worth what I paid for sure. Need a coffee maker in rooms. The shower door has no handle to pull it closed (no space to grab anywhere, door ceiling to ground) very awkward to fast pull and hope it get it enough to keep water from going out.

hu Roma is a nice property, but beware of the of the standard bungalow. It is basically a room that is connected to another room in one large trailer looking thing (it doesn't move though). It's nice and charming, but if you happen to have rowdy neighbors, you're cooked as the walls are as thin as paper. Ours kept myself and my two children up all night the first night. The front desk is not 24 hours and we got no help until the next day, when *we* were moved and not them. Kind of ridiculous, but whatever. The property is nice. We were there in April so the pools were closed, but there is a store, restaurant, playground .. everything you could need. If you are trying to visit the city/ruins, please be ready to pay for 15 to 20 minute cab rides. This is a suburb and not close to the actual city all. If you're a walker like I am, you might find it difficult to just set out and "see some sights". There is a bus stop right outside the property, so it's easy to hail a bus,cab or Uber, and a grocery/all purpose store across the street (just walk over the bridge). The restaurant was more convenient than good. All in all it was okay. I did like that it is gated and I felt relatively safe with my family. I probably would not stay there again though.

The property is beautiful and cozy, with plenty of amenities and things to do. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and multilingual. Also, getting to the city is very easy, as there is a bus stop right in front of the property. The 246B bus takes you to Cornelia metro station. As per the room, we stayed in one of the tent rooms which was very comfortable and clean, with a full bathroom and a cute porch. But do note the walls and roof are made of canvas, so it can get quite cold at night if you’re not prepared. This was not a problem for my girlfriend and I as we go camping often and are used to it. Also, we stayed here in mid-April so I cannot speak for the room temperature in the other months. My only complaint is the noise at night. The property is on a busy road and across the street from a medical centre, so you will often hear ambulances throughout the night. Some light noise from traffic too. Since we were staying in a tent, there is no protection from the noise. Bring earplugs if you want to get a good sleep. However, I cannot speak for the other types of rooms. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely come back!
