Sehr freundliches Personal. Zentrale Lage, nahe der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof wegen den Klimaanlagen sehr laut.

Das Hotel und das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Die Großstadt und der Lärm waren draussen und drinnen nicht störend. Das Personal war kompetent. Vor allem der Zimmerservice war vorbildlich.
