The hotel was okay, but the steps to get into the reception are a problem. At no time did the staff offer to help with bags. The food in the restaurant is great and the staff friendly and knowledgeable.

It was very warm out, having the pool available would have been nice but it didn’t open until June. Overall beautiful hotel and lovely staff. My room had everything I needed for the short stay. Bed was comfortable. The one thing that was a little annoying was that there is a large gym on the ground level that seems to be open to the public and I could hear the machines and people very early in the morning even on the 3rd floor.

Frustrating Stay from Start to Finish

We had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The AC in our room was broken, which made our stay very uncomfortable. In addition, we had arranged for a car service to pick us up from the airport, but there was a problem with the service. I had to call to find out what was going on, and in the end, we had to find our own taxi to get to the hotel.
