Very nice place to stay. The hotel was clean and quiet during my 3 night stay there. Places like Best Buy and ChickFila are in walking distance.

Hotel not Us

Had to upgrade first room due to abnormal smell and lack of cleanliness of room. Also, AC did mot work in first room. No water for breakfast or in gym water cooler. Ask front desk for water in cooler replace and nothing replace. Juice machine in breakfast area didnt work at all. Request for card payment process at end of stay. Hotel management process payment at check-in. 2 hours prior to check out time (11:00am) room card was deactivated. Had to return to front desk from fifth floor (With Breakfast in hand) to get room card reactivated. No empathy or apology. Service was below average. None of service reps were friendly. Requesting a refund. Thanks

Room was not cleaned in the 4 days that we were there. We never got clean towels. Requested housekeeping twice, never got them. Night manager was rude and unhelpful. I will not stay there again.

What can I say but the check in clerk was very unfriendly hardly said 3 words. I had to pull out a conversation with her. No friendliness at all! When we got to the room, there were dirty spots all over the bedspread/comforter. My wife was scared to sit or lay on it. The pillows that were on the bed were like sandbags and should have been replaced 20 years before. Usually La Quinta Inns are far better equipped than this one. I reserved this hotel due to the proximity and location close to the hospital I was having a left reversal shoulder replacement and I was already nervous about my surgery. Surgery was at 6 a.m. and because of the very hard mattress and dead pillows, it made me all the more nervous and anxious. I’ll strike this one off my list.

Front desk guy (Michie?) was accommodating and friendly, thanks for the help! The room was clean and organized, but room service never came by during 3-night stay. Decent fitness room—needed a fan or AC, no fresh air option so gets stuffy. Still enjoyed my stay and look forward to future visits!
