The sticky toffee pudding was amazing! Staff at front desk was very helpful. The rooms were very small - difficult to manipulate 2 suitcases.

Dublin is a big city so the location being a little north of the river was fine, still walkable to all the sights. Unfortunately when we checked in there was an alarm going off in the laneway backing onto our room. We of course had no idea that the alarm had already been going off for “some time”, and would continue to alarm all day and night our entire stay of 2 nights. It was impossible to sleep through. To complicate matters the temperature in the room is not individually controlled so our room was very hot. The solution I was told was to open the window. Now imagine the alarm noise! I spoke to the staff on 3 separate occasions without as much as an apology. They did say they had many complaints but there was nothing that could be done. A hotel at this price point needs improved customer service and perhaps some problem solving.
