We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The location couldn’t be better—centrally located and within walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. Our room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I really wanted to like this hotel but it doesn't really look as advertised/pictured. It's not on a quiet street but rather on an extremely busy main road. The room felt cramped with a twin bed and full bed. Didn't look as nice as on the pictures. The whole hotel has a bit of a fuddy duddy feel. Was disappointed by the staff at the front desk. They sit behind a very tall desk and don't really acknowledge guests as they come in. It doesn't feel very welcoming. The hotel is quite north/up from the main Dublin attractions. You need to walk about 15 min south/down (or take public transportation) to cross the river to get into the interesting part of the city, all south/below the river.

We had three rooms booked for our extended family stay. Sadly one of the rooms did not have AC and another had a problematic shower with little hot water pressure. For a higher end hotel we expected more. There was a nice restaurant for breakfast and a lovely bar for drinks and food. You could order room service which was a plus. There was also a fitness facility which was nice. It was walking distance to the Temple bar district and nice restaurants.

Washroom sink clogged, not much air conditioning, windows did not have screen on first floor (when opened anyone outside could easily reach in). Gym and lobby were clean and orderly, make sure you get breakfast included as it was very nice. Location is great (right in city centre) and hotel has a bar inside.

Cassidy’s was in a perfect location for walking to local attractions. In addition, the bus and tram lines were practically outside the front door. We had the breakfast buffet and it was good with lots of options. We also used the hotel car park; we booked it far in advance and recommend to others to do the same as it’s a very small lot. The hotel staff wasn’t the friendliest, but they were helpful nonetheless.

Friendly and quick registration. The reception and public areas are well presented as one would expect of a hotel such as this. The room, though on the smaller side had a very comfy bed and a great shower. The breakfast had lots of variety, abd was super yummy!

The hotel was okay, not too impressed for the amount of money we spent (even with Expedia booking). Staff were sort of standoff-ish, and not very accommodating. I probably would have expected this in other parts of the UK, but not Dublin. To get to our room, we had to take an elevator in a separate part of the hotel, go down a floor to then go to another elevator on the other side of the bottom floor just to get to our room on the 3rd floor. As for our room, the bathroom lacked counters (just a sink, toilette, and stand up shower), so no space at all to put toiletries. We had an accessible room which altered the shower set up. The shower had no walls, leaving the water to go all over the tile flooring. Extra towels were necessary to clean up the floors so we did not slip. Luckily we had air conditioning, but a majority of our group we were traveling with did not have any in their room. Also, be prepared to use one room key to operate room lights and air conditioning, if you are lucky to get that room that has A/C. One highlight, the onsite restaurant had decent food for a quick meal.

Excellent hotel, location very central, clean, good quality furnishings, very comfortable bed and lovely pillows. Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked quality food in nice surroundings. Would recommend and definitely would return.

Great location near to bus stops and only a short walk into town. Our room was reasonably sized, well equipped and very clean. Buffet breakfast was great. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Overall, a very positive experience.

Place is centrally located, rooms are clean and staff is friendly. My only complaint - there is no AC and the room was extremely hot. And if you try and sleep with the window open the birds and the drunks will keep you up.
