It was a great location, great restaurant etc My bed was very uncomfortable, the springs were sticking out, I could not get to sleep. The window was stuck after we opened it so it would not close. The parking caused a lot of hasstle, as we were told to go else where but once we got there at parkrite they refused to accept 10€

This property on initial arrival was full of Irish charm but unfortunately we had disturbed sleep due to noise from unloading lorries and deliveries from around 6.45am. The first room we had in the Parnell suite was beaut clean and the bed was lovely but our second room in the main building was shabby and very hot due to no air con. We plan to return to Dublin which was an amazing city but wouldn’t stay at Cassidy’s again.

Arrived very early looking to drop luggage until check in. Receptionist checked me in early straight away. Only issue was old bath/shower combination.

This was our second visit to Dublin we decided to stay at this hotel again and they didn't disappoint. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were as friendly and welcoming as the first time we stayed. I would easily book to stay here again and the location is perfect.

A great hotel we had a family room at the front it was lovely modern clean, safe in room and tea and coffee available and shower room was real nice. Each day clean towels and extra tea and coffees given. One evening we all went for a three course meal in their gorgeous resturant - food was very good! Their bar is open til 3am which was perfect for us on our hen do!! Best of all the staff were lovely.

Perfect for a stay in Dublin

Hotel is central enough being at the top of O’Connell Street, 10 mins to Temple Bar and all the attractions around there. The airport bus stop is also a few minutes away, and there are loads of amenities around the hotel. Food options are brilliant with a restaurant and bar downstairs, and the hotel staff are fantastic. Only slight criticism is the slightly confusing layout of the hotel. Other than that though, absolutely fine! Would certainly recommend and would definitely come back for the price we paid it was an absolute bargain!

Excellent hotel, but not the beds

The bed was the only thing letting the hotel down. The mattress was at to stiff and high up, I couldn’t get a decent sleep. However the staff are amazing, always willing to help, the shower was incredible. The location was excellent and amazing value for money.
