A good option for airport stays

I chose this hotel because they had a free shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle did arrive within 5 minutes of the scheduled time and took us to the hotel. The front desk staff was kind and efficient. The room was fine. I was a little concerned about getting food from the restaurant because the sign said something about a dress code. I was worn out from traveling and didn't want to dress up just to get a bite, so I walked next door and got a pizza. Checkout was simple and I caught the shuttle, this time a contracted taxi, back to the airport. Keep in mind they will schedule a time for your shuttle to the airport so that there is enough capacity.

Great place to stay

Interesting hotel, narrow hallways with lots of fire doors. Lift didn’t work when I arrived but they carried my suitcase for me up the stairs to the 4th floor. Lifts were working after a couple of hours. Very friendly staff, very comfortable and secure stay.

The hotel was lovely and the reception staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was lovely and spacious. Our only gripe was not being able to get the heating to work, there was also no manual. The bar/restaurant area was very nice. The staff again were very friendly and there was plenty of seating options. The free shuttle bus to the airport was an added bonus. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

I booked thru Expedia. But I had a few questions regarding shuttle bus and dropping bags early in the day. The Metro staff responded to my emails almost immediately. When we arrived, all was as they said it would be as well, the staff offered extremely helpful information about catching local buses, touring Dublin and other pieces outside of their hotel. The staff is excellent at this hotel. Yes I would stay here again

For paying over $230 a night I would have expected that they would provide lotion, shampoo & conditioner. They only had a liquid soap at the sink and the same for the shower. I could not wash my hair as no proper shampoo and conditioner.

The hotel is far enough away from the city center but close enough to rode the bus for about 30 min. Quiet area a nice food selection within walking distance of Northwood.
