The stay overall was great. I would stay here again. The room had one good size bed enough for two people and plenty of room left for luggage or simply walk around. The bathroom was modern and spacious. Both very clean. I was surprised to see how many outlets were available to charge phones, computers, etc. TV channels could be upgraded but who needs that when you have everything you need on your phone. The hotel has a cool bar and restaurant. I wanted to have shuttle service and this hotel has that available with plenty of rides almost every half an hour. I would recommend this hotel 100%. We booked this hotel last minute due to a cancelled flight. We booked based on the 4 star rating and reviews along with the airport shuttle which helped us a lot. We booked for 4 people and the only property type was an apartment. On arrival, the entrance to hotel was really nice and the reception were very welcoming. We were told our room was via an external entrance and on the 11th floor. When we exited the lift we noticed cracked glazing to the windows with several other maintenance issues. When we entered the room, there was a strong odour and the apartment was unclean. We called reception and they kindly moved us to the 8th floor which was no better. The flooring was all damaged and is poor condition. Food waste in the entrance hall, hair the bed, spillages on the heater and general feel of uncleanliness. This apartment also had a strong odour. By this time, it was late and we had a young child who was hungry so we had no option but to go the restaurant have food and just use it for a few hour sleep before our early flight. The sofa and chair in the living area was that dirty I wouldn’t let the children sit on them. The internal fire doors had started delaminating which can affect their integrity. I don’t know understand how the hotel management thinks these apartments are safe and in an acceptable condition for hotel guests to stay in. I never leave bad reviews but this stay was up there with one of the worst conditions we have seen in a hotel accommodation.

Sadly, the stay was ruined b-c the heater REPEATEDLY was self - shutting down, every 1 to 2 hours. It did this all day and night. i informed the front desk, and spoke to a Spanish speaking man, who said the heater is not broken. I never said it was broken, I said, it keeps turning OFF. It was often very cold in the room, MOST of the time. I had several bookings, not only this one, at this same hotel, only b-c there was no other options that made sense to me, nearby, for the holidays. Other than that, the whole stay was above average, but, now, I am sick. The only other issue, was when I left the hotel, there was no shuttle on the holiday. Taxi costs were insane.
