The staff in the hotel were lovely but under pressure as it was a match day. We went to check in after 3 but were told there was no room available. When we got our room it was lovely with comfortable beds however the windows would not open at all and it was very very hot the entire night making it incredibly difficult to sleep. There was also only one normal tea bag in the room which usually there would be at least two. Other than this the shower was powerful and the room was clean and bright.

Room was a good size and clean but very noisy with thin walls. Auto closing doors slam shut causing disturbance through the night and early morning. A pet hate but the television wasn't tuned which is a basic. Well supported by buses into the city centre and staff are very friendly and polite. Let down by the physical facilities.
