Very nice stay, quiet location, you do have to walk a bit if you want to see any main attractions. Very clean, friendly front desk staff, only issue we had was that the toilet wasn’t very clean but everything else was. I would also recommend asking for a view if possible, the option wasn’t given when we booked and for our first two nights in Ireland we stared at a wall which was disappointing. Despite that we would still stay again.

The hotel itself is good. Great coffee shop. Nice restaurant. Modern technology. However, I flew overnight from Canada and arrived at the Hotel around 8:30am. I got an email offering for online check-in. I also got an email asking if I wanted upgrades including an early check-in (for a fee). I tried to purchase the early check-in and it said it was not available. I asked the staff at the hotel and they said because I signed in online they could not help. They did nothing. I had to kill 5.5 hours that morning. Went for walks, had coffee, went to museum and hung out in lobby. My colleague from Canada arrived from the airport 30 minutes after I did and was able to get early check-in at the same hotel. I don’t ever write reviews but this was highly annoying. The lack of effort or explanation from the staff was unprofessional. So, don’t check-in online is my advice. Check in at the hotel.

Honestly best hotel ever stayed at in Ireland, so clean and beds so comfortable. You get a massive window with a view of dublin. Location is excellent as well, 5 minute walk to 3arena and 10 minutes into town.
