Easiest check in ever. Hotel is right beside Luas stop for easy transport around Dublin City. Room was spotless. Bar staff were so lovely and friendly! Breakfast was nice. Would recommend staying here for a quiet hotel in Dublin.

5* for friendly and helpful reception staff. Tram stop right outside the hotel - but I was unaware of any noise from outside. Good size rooms and comfortable. Points lost for level of cleaning provided - sticky table surfaces, and mugs and spoons not completely clean.

We stayed for a few nights and it was great! Our room was nice and very clean. All the staff we interacted with were so professional and friendly. It’s a fantastic spot to explore Dublin from, what with the tram stop nearby and river to walk along.

Stayed after concert at 3 arena. Room was ok, bed were fine. Room definitely could do with a more in depth clean. Surfaces had marks from bottles/cups. Bathroom very dirty - mould on seals. Towels seem old/worn. No bath mat available despite the sign on the wall asking to use one. Tripple room yet only 2 big towels provided.

Friendly staff. One of the few hotels that keeps cookies in guest rooms :-) Will be good to have towel and water in the gym and weighing scale in guest rooms. Good stay overall though.

Beautiful hotel inside and out, customer service was excellent with help with check in and out. Able to leave your luggage there while you explore, as our flight home wasn’t til the evening so it was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the black out curtains were very ideas. Tram is literally outside the hotel so easy access to get into the city and Ubers can park right outside so you don’t need to walk far to meet them. Definitely recommend this hotel.
