Dear Andreas, Thank you for your comments regarding your stay. Thank you for bringing the window issue to our attention, I have asked our housekeeping team to investigate. We apologies for the noise from the courtyard, we do try and enforce house rules with our youth groups and at times this can be difficult. However, I have asked security on campus that keep an eye on it, to ensure that noise is kept to a minimum in the evenings. Regards, KikkiDCU Rooms
