Awesome. Our friend had a health issue while we were there, and the concierge arranged for him to see a doctor before opening hours. He was taken care of quickly and efficiently and is better now. I highly recommend this hotel due to the staff that they have there.

This property location is close to several hostels we noticed several streets and people that made us as travellers feel uncomfortable. Additionally the lay out of the hotel was very odd/confusing, and it smelled very strongly of wet paint at the time. The staff were accommodating though which was good!

If you don't mind trams riding past your window, or a combination of trams and drunks from the square, then the place is fine. Fine if you like soft beds, and fine if you don't want to use much in the way of table space.

Always love staying at the Beresford Hotel. It is so convenient location wise. The staff, led by General Manager, Robert are top notch. The hotel has been renovated and is lonely.

Room was clean. Couldn't get the tv or in-room safe to work. The floor above was extremely loud from heavy walking the entire stay. Not sure if it was the staff, patrons, or what. Had to drag my 50lb bag up a side set of stairs as no elevator reached our room - 128. Front desk was awesome and got us a room right away at Noon...very grateful!!
