Great stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. The bus from the airport dropped us off directly outside and there were always taxis available into town. Saying that the walk was only 30mins. The hotel itself was lovely, clean & modern. There were so many options for breakfast we were so spoilt! Best of all were the staff so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend

Really nice really clean hotel but practically in the middle of nowhere for visiting Dublin and no local shops or amenities, disappointed that there were no snacks to get in the hotel so if you hadn’t eaten out then you had no options

Property is in a good location, overall a nice stay. Room is spacious and location was amazing. I gave it a 4 because i requested a cake in the restaurant for my husband’s birthday- one staff when i was ordering it said i could get a candle however it came without which is fine but when another staff member when to ask if they could do it the manager asked who was making the request took one look at me and said no. I was at the bar and heard the entire thing. So i felt this was a bit racist and without reasonable explanation- like come over and say- we are sorry we are out today or whatever. Anyways this manager (Joel/Joey) was also rude to my husband on another occasion later on so definitely felt it was racist.

Disappointed with outlook from the window, just a grey rooftop. Breakfast was disappointing, awful coffee, orange juice not fresh and watered down, limited choice of food for the extra price of 15 Euros each. The staff were not very well trained, had to ask for everything.

Clean, comfortable and a great start to our vacation. We had breakfast included went town in the morning for her breakfast and it was fantastic. I definitely stay here again and we will be the night before we fly out.

When checking in the hotel tried to charge us 60 euros more than what I had reserved on hotels.com. I had to show them my confirmation and they initially said the rate was just a reserved rate and the actual rate was higher. When I said I didn’t understand what she meant they changed the rate to the reserved rate.
