Stayed end of October / party of four in two rooms

Money that was saved on hotel was spent on traveling into town. Breakfast buffet was pretty poor- best sourced elsewhere. Particularly liked the Halloween decor in our room.... or were the cob webs just not taken care of?.... Panorama window with fantastic fews onto the petrol station forecourt- with the car wash being used till late.

Nice hotel, clean , with excellent staff.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay in this hotel. The only thing was a night row of drunk women (wedding people). The amount of alcohol sold needed to be cut significantly.

Nice hotel

Pros: Staff
Cons: Updating of rooms - ie the cushions on the beds were so grubby - had to wonder when they were last cleaned.
Location: Location ok, but Joels restaurant nearby was fantastic.
This is a nice hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. However we should have been warned about staying there on a Saturday night. Wedding, football supporters and Saturday night cost £142 - WITH NO SLEEP!!!!!!!

Very Disappointing

Pros: Easy to get to.
Cons: Please see above review.
Location: Not alot.
I was there for a training weekend and was staying there by myself. First off, the TV only had 7 channels two of which were kids shows, bags of dirty laundry along down the hallway outside my room, I asked about watching football on BBC and someone went to my room to check if the TV could get BBC and when I asked about outcome I was told the remote was broke but instead of changing the remote they left and did not address the problem, I phoned for room service and received a busy signal for 55 min so I finally called front desk who put me through to the kitchen and again a busy signal so the receptionist had to take my order. This is not a four star hotel. This is three star at best. It was expensive for two nights considering the service. I also had a few bottles of beer on saturday watching the irish rugby game and after room service the next day the bottles were still there. Unless it is not in the very small trash bin it did not get cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel at the price considering the facilities and service.
