Poor quality hotel

Bed was very uncomfortable Room was very cold with no temperature controls Windows allowed a lot of noise and wind in. Shower was pointed in an very awkward location making it awkward to use. Hotels.com and the hotel messed up my booking and are being very unhelpful about refunding the final night which should not have been charged. Selected pay at hotel but the hotel took payment a day early-defeating the purpose of this feature. Breakfast was free. Hotel was not in or near the city and not close to public transit. Hotel is in a pretty isolated area next to highway

Issue with noise from heating system constantly, had to be moved to a different room, it was fine until the generators situated below my room started at 5am each morning, rooms could do with serious updating
